Rachel is a Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience who is deeply committed to working with children, adolescents, adults and families of all backgrounds.  She provides a uniquely-tailored approach to each person's struggle creating order out of chaos to come to understanding and solutions.

 

Rachel brings authenticity and a calming presence,  creating a safe space to come as you are.  Clients have described her as having a compassionate, relational, straightforward approach that allows them to cultivate increased compassion for self and leaves them feeling empowered.

  She provides mental health care for a wide variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, parent/child relationship challenges, and life stage adjustments. She specializes in grief and loss, and PTSD/trauma recovery.

 

 Rachel is EMDRIA-trained in EMDR and uses this approach when helpful in session. She is also a board- approved Clinical Supervisor.
